SUMMARY:OPEN NEDERLANDS KAMPIOENSCHAP CULINAIR WILD BBQ 2024
DESCRIPTION:Op zaterdag 19 Oktober 2024 vindt voor de  derde keer het  Open Nederlands Kampioenschap Culinair Wild BBQ plaats in Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. De organisatie van de wedstrijd ligt in handen van Gastropedia & Stichting Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe\, in samenwerking met de WBQA. Met deze wedstrijd willen we het culinair barbecueën met Hollands wild in de meest ruime zin van het woord bevorderen. Ieder deelnemend team bereidt vier gerechten\, allemaal met wild.  Lees hier verder  \nJoin the Open Dutch Championship Culinary Wild BBQ 2024\nOn Saturday\, October 19\, 2024\, the third edition of the Open Dutch Championship Culinary Wild BBQ will take place in De Hoge Veluwe National Park. The competition is organized by Gastropedia & Stichting Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe\, in collaboration with the WBQA. \nWith this competition\, we aim to promote culinary barbecuing with Dutch game in the broadest sense of the word. Each participating team will prepare four dishes\, all featuring game. There is an opportunity to incorporate your product into one of these dishes. The main ingredient will be provided\, and the rest can be brought by the teams unless otherwise specified. \nThe allowed fuels are briquettes\, wood\, or charcoal. Each team is responsible for their own tent\, BBQs\, fire extinguisher\, first aid kit\, fuel\, work tables\, etc. The full assignments and regulations will be communicated to the participating teams no later than one month before the competition. \nNehmen Sie am Offenen Niederländischen Meisterschaft im Kulinarischen Wild-BBQ 2024 teil\nAm Samstag\, den 19. Oktober 2024\, findet die dritte Ausgabe der Offenen Niederländischen Meisterschaft im Kulinarischen Wild-BBQ im Nationalpark De Hoge Veluwe statt. Der Wettbewerb wird von Gastropedia & Stichting Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe in Zusammenarbeit mit der WBQA organisiert. \nMit diesem Wettbewerb möchten wir das kulinarische Grillen mit niederländischem Wild in seiner breitesten Form fördern. Jedes teilnehmende Team bereitet vier Gerichte zu\, die alle Wild enthalten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit\, Ihr Produkt in eines dieser Gerichte einfließen zu lassen. Die Hauptzutat wird bereitgestellt\, den Rest können die Teams selbst mitbringen\, es sei denn\, es wird anders angegeben. \nErlaubte Brennstoffe sind Briketts\, Holz oder Holzkohle. Jedes Team ist für sein eigenes Zelt\, Grillgeräte\, Feuerlöscher\, Erste-Hilfe-Kasten\, Brennstoff\, Arbeitstische usw. verantwortlich. Die vollständigen Aufgaben und Regeln werden den teilnehmenden Teams spätestens einen Monat vor dem Wettbewerb mitgeteilt. \nLe samedi 19 octobre 2024\, la troisième édition du Championnat Ouvert des Pays-Bas de BBQ Culinaire de Gibier aura lieu dans le Parc National De Hoge Veluwe. La compétition est organisée par Gastropedia & Stichting Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe\, en collaboration avec la WBQA. \n“Participez au Championnat ouvert néerlandais de barbecue culinaire au gibier 2024.”\nAvec cette compétition\, nous visons à promouvoir le barbecue culinaire avec du gibier néerlandais dans le sens le plus large du terme.
