SUMMARY:Swedish BBQ Championship 2021
DESCRIPTION:We are very glad to report that the Swedish BBQ Championship takes place on 17th\, 18th\, 19th September 2021: \nIt’s grilled and it’s smoked\, crafted and fixed during a competition.  Everything so that the results submitted to the judges are perfect.  But we also want the audience to be able to have a finger in the game during the SM weekend.  Not in assessing the food and flavours\, but how the teams have thought about and designed their respective tent areas. \nThey have the best equipment ready for competition – tents\, tables\, grills and everything else that comes with that.  Then the teams decide how they will design their area!  Some are like stepping into a kitchen\, and others are pimped up to the nines! It’s completely up to each team how they want to represent themselves.   This means that there’s lots of variety to pique to audience’s interest. \nThen there’s the “people’s choice” part of the competition.  The audience has the opportunity to vote for the team they think has the most appealing area.  There will be signs on each tent\, with the names of the teams\, and forms will be available in the BBQ area where people can write the name of who they think deserves most recognition!  Three teams will be picked from all the votes\, and each will win an Enders Explorer Camping Gas Grill a 1995. \nDon’t miss this exciting aspect of the competition when you come to see and taste! \n
